Do any webcam sites allow models to do pee or even more watersports fetish stuff on cam?

Stripchat allow pee but only peeing on yourself, not on another person and also no drinking it.

Yeah I concur, I have witnessed a couple of models who have urinated on stripchat.

Stripchat allow pee but not the more extreme watersports stuff.

There aren't any sites that allow full watersports. Plenty of models do still offer it, but you need to contact them independently for a private Skype show.
