Especially with the patent issues with Chaturbate, is it still possible to offer interactive sex machine shows using this machine?

Yes.

It is still one of the best machines, it was probably the best for cam models when chaturbate had the shockspot app.

I am absolutely thrilled with this machine so far, an absolute bargain find as there was no way I would her been able to afford the brand new retail price. To be fair, having now played with the my shockspot, which is the double penetration version that I was adamant that I wanted, I now feel that I would have been completely satisfied buying the standard Shockspot 8 inch machine had I not found a preloved machine.
