I picked MFC, just because I like prefer adult life-streaming over "wham, bam, thank you ma'am" fake cam sex, plus it is probably the best free adult cams site there has ever been, it has declined over the last few years, but still live in hope that they might update a little and return to the glory days.
If adultwork offered a better cam platform, Directcam is a very basic, there are no apps and interactive features like the main cam sites have, but the benefit of AW is that there is the opportunity to meet some of your favourite performers, if you're into paying for meets that is.
I don't really have a favourite model right now, having spent some time away from the cam sites I now regularly watch a fair few model's cams, none of which I yet consider my favourite, plus most of my old faves are long gone.

Stripchat is my new favourite as they seem to allow the models to perform a lot more stuff.

I think strip chat is probably the best at the moment.
Not as many UK models as others, but enough, plus a lot more fetish cams.

Not bongacams for models too many fines, I switched to stripchat where you can be a webcam model, not a slave.

Ive become a fan of strip chat due to the more relaxed streaming as opposed to staged webcam modelling and sex.
There are a lot more cam girls just using their phone to cam on while out and about, seems a lot more natural and real.
Shame the other sites seem to have gone strict on these type of shows. Used to love MFC because of the bar and library shows.
