Lovense Lush Always Disconnecting

Is anyone else having connection problems with their Lovense Lush?

When streaming on Chaturabe I'm been disconnected every few minutes, it's so annoying and making it impossible to do Lovense shows.

I have contacted Chaturbate support but they have said it's a Lovense issue and to contact them.

I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem with Lovense and Chaturbate?

I do get the odd disconnection during sessions, but nothing as frequent as every couple of minutes.

Which Lovense Lush do you have, how old is it? It could be the toy, which may still be covered by warranty?

My old Lovense Lush 2 started having connection issues, which turned out to be the antenna failing, the design means it is prone to damage.

Have you already tried contacting Lovense?

I had just contacted Lovense before posting this but as of yet have not received a reply.

It's the Lush 3 which is little over 6 months old. Admittedly I do use it quite frequently (most days) so perhaps it has become faulty with use/age. I really don't want to have to buy a new Lush this close to Christmas, so really hoping it's either a streaming issue that I can figure or if it is my Lush 3 that's faulty then I can get a free replacement with the Lovense warranty.
