Are there any Britsh cams featuring the subject?

I always wondered what chem meant.

A guy who does scrotal infusion has mentioned "chem" a few times, on his profile and in streams.

He does scrotal inflation and mentions chem fuelled saline play and not sure if he means he is high while doing his scrotal infusion sessions or the saline he injects into his scrotum is actually infused with drugs?
