Paxum: What is the cheapest reliable withdraw option for UK people?

I have just realised how much I have been paying to withdraw my funds to my bank mastercard.

It's $5.00 + 2.95%, which is pretty extortionate considering how unreliable they can be, or at least their reputation.

I have found the Paxum fees page but wondering which are the reliable options for UK account holders.

All the withdraws I make (average 2-3 a week) I'm paying like £50 a month, so looking at cutting costs.

Which Paxum withdraw option do you use and is it reliable?
